Almost 20 years back in one of the big MNCs in India, there was discussion of working from home for some sales and customer support roles across the country. People from the top management raised questions, how will it work? But ultimately, it got accepted when the entire top management realized that it can be done effectively with huge cost savings. This organization was one of the pioneers in conceptualizing and implementing policies related to working from home in India.  

Finally, in 2020, we know what happened due to COVID, and people were forced to work from home/anywhere. So when there is a need we reinvent and renovate.
